Kite Flight

What’s it all about?

On a windy day, Sarah & Duck try to get their new Kite to fly.

This is the episode where:

• It’s a windy day, so Sarah & Duck go to the general shop to buy a new kite

• They take their new rainbow coloured kite to the park, but Sarah can’t build it properly because it’s so windy and parts keep blowing away! It ends up looking a bit wonky but Sarah thinks it is more interesting that way

• After a number of unsuccessful tries which have broken the kite, Scarf Lady & Bag arrive. It starts raining so they all find shelter under a tree where Scarf Lady helps by knitting the kite back together, including a new tail!

• When the rain stops, Rainbow appears and they try again with a good two leap as suggested by Scarf Lady. It works! So they have fun flying their new kite, making it dance with Rainbow which ends up tickling him instead!
